A deliberate handoff
Plan first. Unlock when you act.
You can scan, review, and manually organize the queue without moving a file. Sentinel Sweep keeps purchase confirmation separate from the file action itself.
- 1Scan and review for free
Choose sources, inspect local results, filter them, and make the final classification decisions.
- 2Plan manually for free
Build and organize a queue, choose destinations, and configure the transfer before anything changes on disk.
- 3Unlock through Apple
Choosing Quick Copy, Quick Move, or the main Copy or Move action while locked opens the one-time purchase and restore window. The attempted action stops there.
- 4Choose the action again
After access is confirmed, repeat Quick Copy or Quick Move to prepare that queue, or choose Copy or Move again to open the final Review Transfer screen. You still decide when to start; purchasing never starts a file operation.
Safety, restoration, and refunds
Safety controls are not held behind the purchase screen
Pause, cancel, interrupted-transfer recovery, and eligible Undo remain available for transfers already underway. This prevents a later purchase-state problem from taking away controls needed to protect your files.
Restore Purchases
Sentinel Sweep provides a user-invoked Restore Purchases control. Use it if an eligible purchase is not recognized after a reinstall or on another compatible Mac. Apple may ask you to authenticate with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Restoring access never resumes or starts a file operation automatically.
Refunds and revocations
Apple processes App Store payments and decides refund eligibility. A refunded or revoked Transfer Access purchase returns the app to its free feature set for starting new transfers. To request an eligible refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
