Local FFmpeg source modifications: none.

Sentinel Sweep's ffmpeg and ffprobe helpers were built from the unmodified
FFmpeg 8.1.2 upstream source archive identified in BUILD-INFO.txt. The narrow
feature selection, deployment target, disabled network support, and enabled
file and pipe protocols are build-configuration choices, not source-code
modifications.
